By using antrolope.com or the ANTROLOPE API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of the API

API keys are issued for personal or organisational use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute your API key. Each key is rate-limited. Automated abuse or excessive requests may result in key revocation without notice.

2. Data Accuracy

Air quality data is aggregated from multiple third-party sources. ANTROLOPE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. It should not be used as the sole basis for medical or safety-critical decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content

Writers who submit blog posts grant ANTROLOPE a non-exclusive licence to publish that content on the platform. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any content at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

ANTROLOPE is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antrolope Intelligence Private Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
